Parks Assistants are responsible for undertaking duties to support Council's operations and maintenance of parks, gardens, street and townscapes.

- Must have current Drivers Licence.
- Physically fit and healthy - able to work outdoors in the elements.

Allstaff Australia are seeking Parks Assistants to carry out natural areas' conservation and maintenance duties. $34.20 per hour. 38 hour week (Monday to Friday, 06:30am-15:30)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Mowing operations in parks & gardens. Nature strips and sidelines.
- Accurately operating a whipper snipper and mower.
- **Physical manual labour (weeding, litter picking, unloading/loading vehicle)**:

- Natural area conservation, soft landscaping.
- Conduct self in a professional manner and maintain good working relationships.
- Correctly use and maintain plant and equipment provided, including all personal protective equipment.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Must be Triple Vaccinated against Covid-19 (3rd Booster Shot).
- Must hold a current Australian Drivers Licence.
- Physically fit and healthy/able to work outdoors in the elements.
