The roleReporting to the Manager, Medical Advisory & Prevocational Accreditation Unit, you will provide essential administrative support, advice and assistance to the Unit Director and team. Your role will involve a range of duties, including:

- Preparing and coordinating high quality official documentation, data sets and reports, and formal correspondence
- Maintain and manage website content, including the medical careers site
- Analysis and reports - medical workforce planning data sets (Advanced Excel skills)
- Effective project support activities
- Administrative process implementation and improvement
- Policy, process and system reviews and discussions to contribute to the development and evaluation of strategic policy and advice

The successful personYou will be a professional, organised and experienced administrator, with a highly adaptable and flexible nature and a high degree of initiative. You will be an effective collaborator and communicator, good at building relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders to negotiate and inform. A resourceful problem solver, your demonstrable administrative, project management and coordination skills will see you able to manage multiple and competing priorities to contribute to the achievement of key strategic outcomes. You will be skilled using Microsoft Office and other information and communication technologies, with demonstrable commitment to continuous improvement and development.
