**Full job description**

Are you a **swim teacher** with minimum 1 year experience looking for a role that combines your customer service and teaching skills? Future Swim Rouse Hill is looking for a **receptionist role** who can also jump in the pool when needed

**Location**: Rouse Hill NSW

**About the Role**

As the first point of contact for our swim school, you'll provide outstanding customer service to families while also being ready to assist in the pool if a swim teacher is unavailable. You'll handle reception duties, manage customer accounts, and help keep our facility running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries about classes, schedules, and payments

Maintain a clean and tidy facility
Record daily financial transactions and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payment collections
Assist management with daily administrative tasks as required
Step in as a swim teacher when needed

**What We're Looking For**

? **Previous experience as a swim teacher** (current or past)
? **1 year of experience in a similar customer service or administrative role**
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
? Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads
