Southern Cross Hand Car Wash and Café is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Barista.

As a Customer Service, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet customers with a smile, assist them with their inquiries, and take orders for our hand car wash services. You'll also showcase your barista skills by making coffee beverages for our guests.
- Greeting customers with a warm, enthusiastic, and engaging demeanour
- Assist customers with inquiries related to hand car wash options, packages, and additional services, guiding them through the process and helping them make informed decisions.
- Address any customer concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive and can-do attitude.
- Keeping the office and coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Promote our products, services, and hand car wash packages to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
- Handling transactions, maintaining the cash register and issuing receipts.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service/sales or barista roles preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee/ barista skills
- Effective communication skills, including potential language skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a smooth workflow.
- Computer proficiency for booking management and transactions.
- **Reliability**, **punctuality**, and a **professional appearance**.

**As a casual/part-time employee, you will have flexible hours, with most weekends and some Sundays required, totalling a minimum of 18 hours per week.**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
