**About the role**:
Reporting directly to the Retail Team Leader, the Retail Supervisor will be responsible for assisting with the effective daily running of the Moorabbin retail store.

Some of your key areas of responsibility will include:

- Supervising retail team members, to ensure daily tasks are completed
- Leading by example by providing excellent customer service, in line with Art Shed's values
- Completing daily administrative tasks, stocktakes and price updates
- Maintaining store presentation standards, visual merchandising of new product and store displays
- Assisting with stock receival, and ensuring our store is fully stocked at all times

This is a full-time role working from Tuesday to Saturday, based in our Moorabbin store.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in supervising teams or a similar role
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Excellent customer service skills - our customers are number one
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to grow and learn as our company grows.
- High attention to detail
