About the Job
As a Sustainability Lead, you will play a key leadership role in driving business growth and expansion of sustainability capability within the GOS delivery team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, expanding ESG services, supporting business development, and ensuring high-quality client deliverables across APAC GOS clients.
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow Sustainability initiatives, manage end-to-end sustainability programs, optimize reporting, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build strategic partnerships, support marketing development, and contribute to business bids and pricing of new client solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality sustainability programs and services.
Develop and implement ESG strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and industry stakeholders.
Support business development and contribute to the pricing of new client solutions.
Please note that the following are the required skills and qualifications:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Degree qualification in sustainability, engineering, environmental science or related discipline.
Proven experience in ESG program development, preferably with knowledge in built environment and real estate sustainability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
