And Escrow.com is a fintech industry leader in secure online payments, having handled over US$8 Billion in secured transactions, while processing some of the largest domain name transfers - including Gmail.com, Uber.com and Twitter.com.We have an awesome opportunity for a Communications Manager with a fire in their belly to help promote Freelancer and work closely with our CEO.

From the global freelance movement and the future of work itself, to individual accounts of the freelancers and entrepreneurs whose lives have been changed through our site.
And that doesn't even consider the tech / startup sector itself, the growth of Escrow.com, and our ownership of Loadshift facilitating the fast, reliable and cost efficient transport of freight.Requirements :Ability to research and create media stories, develop press releases, draft press materials and liaise with journalists to ultimately create media attention and promote the company domestically and internationallyHave an established network in Australia or US (preferred) of media and journalistsPeople person, with excellent oral and written communication skillsA deep interest in news and current affairs (especially around Tech / AI), you follow the headlines and understand the media cycleNot afraid to get in front of the camera, or speak at events, if the story requires itA proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" mindset, you're not just a strategist, you're a doer
