Sweet Gatherings is on the lookout for **two passionate Dessert Bakers** to join our fun and creative team

We're a busy dessert bar and bakery with demand growing, we're looking to expand our baking team.

**What We're Offering**
- **Casual positions** (flexible hours available).
- Immediate need for **Thursday-Saturday morning coverage** (approx. 15-20 hrs per week).
- A friendly, supportive workplace where your creativity is valued.

**What You'll Do**
- Bake and finish a wide range of desserts - cakes, slices, pies, cookies, and seasonal specials.
- Consistently follow recipes and maintain presentation standards.
- Assist with new creations and bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Work efficiently in a small kitchen environment.

**What We're Looking For**
- Previous baking/pastry experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- A real passion for desserts and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, especially on morning shifts.
- Team player with a positive, reliable attitude.
- Qualifications are **not required**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 22 per week
