OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIEs:

- Ensure a high level of customer service focus and responsiveness that ensures delivery as per service level agreements
- Work with key stakeholders to define system requirements and help ensure quality of delivered products on TGE Corporate IT Systems - developing and improving processes and workflows
- Ensure processes, procedures and appropriately skilled end users and supporting resources are in place and tested to ensure that TGE Corporate IT System related services are delivered efficiently and effectively - creating technical documentation and training materials as required
- Monitor and optimize TGE Corporate IT System performance
- Assist with TGE Corporate IT System code reviews
- Keep up to date with new ecosystem technologies and industry trends
- Use your good instincts matched with deep analytical thinking to define and track key business and usage success metrics of Corporate IT Systems within TGE
- Relationship manage associated vendors including goal setting, KPI/SLA management, and executive reporting. Challenge vendor performance and identify gaps and areas of service improvement
- Develop relevant capacity plans ensuring current and future requirements are met and aligned to Application demand
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities within support and business processes to increase operational efficiency
- Undertake proactive troubleshooting and root cause analysis of issues implementing preventative measures as appropriate
- Define and safeguard the quality of the software delivery lifecycle using the underpinning capabilities available in TGE Corporate IT Systems
- PRE-REQUISITES:

- Expertise in TGE Corporate IT Systems like Workday, Payroll, Oracle etc
- Product or Project Management experience building enterprise software products and/or tech services and/or platforms
- Understand cloud tech, IT and Dev environments
- Have written multiple vision/strategy documents and internal/external technology talks and training
- Have worked in large-scale collaborative companies across timezones
- Experience with enterprise IT org structures, buying/refresh/adoption cycles
