We are looking for experienced barista's who understand the drive thru environment. A sense of urgency, the ability to work both in a team with effective communication and proven initiative and the ability to work autonomously is a must.

We have an established, loyal customer base and like to make work fun. Our core product is great coffee, so experience is a must, but also the willingness to learn and adapt to the Avanti way of operating.

**MUST week days and weekends. **We are hiring to replace our senior barista's who have found positions in their studied field. Our weekday mornings and weekend are busy, fast paced and high pressure, so you must be willing to step into that environment and work as a team.

Role is not suitable for under 18 as opening and closing shifts may be required and we are a stand alone store. We need someone ready to step into a full on, busy coffee environment (upwards of 150 coffees an hour during peak times).

We open from 5am-5pm Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm Saturday, 7am-3pm Sunday. We open all public holidays too Early morning shifts start anytime from 4.45am till 7am and end anytime from 10am till midday. For this reason, a licence and car is necessary as there may not be public transport running.

**Salary**: $30.91 - $68.01 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
