Job title: Community Podiatrist – Flexible Hours – Travel Allowance/BonusWorking Hours: 16-40hrs/weekSalary: $40-$50Location: MelbourneRoles & Responsibilities:Our client is looking for a number of dedicated Podiatrists to join their team on a part-time or full-time basis in Melbourne.
They are desired to help clients to understand and maximise their own potential in the comfort and convenience of their own space.
As a podiatrist you will be responsible for:Providing biomechanical assessment, general skin and nail care, wound prevention education and management, orthotic prescription and fitting, nail surgery and diabetes (foot and limb health) assessment/treatmentCaseload includes general skin and nail care, wound prevention, post surgical, maintenance and rehabilitation therapy for clients with disabilities.Educating and training caregiversHelping our wonderful clients achieve their own potential.Benefits:Monthly team awards to be won and free weekly coffee on the houseFlexibility – create your own personalised scheduleOngoing training and fortnightly mentoring/supervision regular informal (online) clinical discussions, plus future opportunities to be involved in business development, team supervision/management and other non-clinical dutiesAdministration support and access to the team of experienced cliniciansEssential Criteria: Bachelor of Podiatry or higherCurrent Full AHPRA registrationMinimum of 1 year experienceValid driver's licenceHave or be willing to obtain:Police CheckNDIS Workers CheckLevel 2 First AidProfessional indemnity insuranceFlu vaccinationCOVID-19 vaccinationOwn car
