The role Based in Sydney, this role offers the opportunity to work on headline-making corporate transactions, including: Takeovers, business and asset acquisitions and disposals Restructurings and recapitalisations Equity capital markets work You will work alongside highly rated partners and a strong team, gaining exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional deals and advising leading corporates, investors, and financial institutions.
