Position Details:This organisation is part of a Regional Provider Network, that is taking a new approach to delivering client centred mental health services.
Partnering with several providers, our services take a collaborative approach, integrating different aspects of the mental health care system, to deliver a cohesive, easy to access, system of mental health care.

They are also looking to hire Journey Coordinators based in Townsville.They offer starting salaries commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus 5 weeks annual leave, relocation assistance and other benefits.

Primary to this role, is delivering quality client centred mental health assessment, treatment and/or case coordination services, in an integrated, stepped care model of service delivery.
