**Your Opportunity**:
The position of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Worker will:
function as a member of the CHS CHCS team to deliver holistic, effective, clinically relevant, and culturally safe care in partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
works alongside the CABS team supporting family-centred, culturally safe and appropriate service pathways for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families, this includes the triage and first clinical management of referrals.
provides clinical and cultural leadership for the Advanced Health Workers in CHS across the Greater Brisbane area
