Position Overview:
Kodex is seeking a dedicated
Threat Intelligence Specialist
(APAC)
to address critical global law enforcement inquiries during APAC hours. In this position, you will be integral to supporting urgent investigations and maintaining seamless operations for our global partners when other regional teams are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities
Critical Case Management: Respond to high-priority, time-sensitive requests from global law enforcement agencies during APAC hours, upholding legal standards and protocols.
Information Analysis: Investigate, analyze, and validate information to ensure precision and adherence to company guidelines.
Global Engagement: Facilitate clear and professional communication across international law enforcement platforms, navigating various time zones effectively.
Support Operations: Aid in ongoing global initiatives, securing dependable support for law enforcement activities.
Research & Reporting: Contribute to intelligence gathering and assessment to back decision-making processes and secure accurate, well-documented results.
Task Prioritization: Address APAC-centered requests and additional tasks efficiently when high-priority demands are inactive.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in operations, research, or an intelligence-focused capacity.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication talents to interact with stakeholders clearly and formally.
Research & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in researching, evaluating, and interpreting data effectively under pressure.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in handling sensitive and crucial data.
Problem-Solving: Capable of decisive action and critical thinking when addressing urgent, high-pressure tasks.
Adaptability: Adept at working independently across various time zones with minimal oversight.
Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Workspace and familiar with contemporary operational platforms.
