**Experience in asset management?**

**Seeking a proactive and experienced individual to support and coordinate the strategic asset management projects for a Council driving investment, economic development and industry within regional Victoria.**

**About the role**:
To improve maturity of strategic asset management for infrastructure assets which supports the delivery of services. Provide support to improvement opportunities and ongoing contributions to and management of Asset Management plans, policies and documents.
- Full time.
- Salary negotiable up to $94K.
- Located in Regional Victoria.
- Relocation and settling-in support.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Degree or Diploma qualification with some relevant experience or substantial relevant experience in Asset Management or similar discipline.
- Sound understanding of asset management principles or performance and its interrelation with service delivery.
- Asset or capital works financial management exposure including expenditure against budget and financial reporting.
- Experience in preparing and presenting high quality written and verbal reports to a variety of audiences, including the ability to write or update policy and strategy document for management review.
- Ability to make decisions requiring the balancing of competing demands and multiple priorities within a complex environment.
- A strong customer service focus and ability to interact and consult with managers, staff, contractors and volunteers in a team environment.
