As the Customer Service Administrator, you will provide support across a range of customer centred administration duties, focusing on delivering a positive experience to new and existing clients by ensuring the highest standard of service. You will serve as one of the first points of contact for customers with enquiries about products, technical advice, quotations, orders and delivery updates.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical product advice, pricing and availability
- Process and manage quotes and orders
- Process purchase orders for external suppliers
- Follow up with supplied quotes
- Liaise with key stakeholders including customers, end-users, suppliers and area sales representatives
- Liaise with production for schedules to advise customers of lead times
- Resolve customer requests, questions and order variations
- Liaise with freight companies regarding deliveries

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in Internal Sales, Sales Administration or a Technical Customer Service role
- Proficient using the Microsoft Office Suite and an accounts, CRM or ERP system
- Accurate data entry skills with a high attention to detail
- A proactive, organised and results orientated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong technical aptitude or an interest and ability to learn
- Driver licence
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience working in building, construction, engineering, warehousing or logistics

**Hours of Work**: 38 hours Monday to Friday (Flexible start and finish times 8:00am to 9:00am)

**Salary package**: $60,000 + superannuation

**Location**: Nowra NSW 2541
