In this role, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on a range of modern vehicles, naturally with a focus on electric vehicles (EVs) currently available or soon to be released.The suitable candidatewill be responsible for:Conducting diagnostic procedures using advanced tools and software.Performing scheduled maintenance and general mechanical repairs.Inspecting, troubleshooting and resolving mechanical and electrical faultsCollaborating with service advisors and workshop staff to ensure high-quality customer service.Keeping accurate records of services and repairs completed.Adhere to safety procedures and company standards at all times.Participating in training with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.Qualifications & Experience:Trade qualification as an Automotive Technician.Proven experience working in a OEM, dealership or automotive service environment.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.Experience with electric vehicles (EVs) is highly desirable.A current and valid Australian driver's licence.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.It is essential that the applicant is able to work in Australia.
