**The Opportunity**

KBR's Aerospace team is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer Level 2, to support our RAAF customer within Future Air Mobility SPO (FAMSPO) to support the establishment of an accelerated capability delivery project. The PSO L2 is required to achieve the following outcomes:

- Provide assistance in the development and management of project controls such as risk, schedule, and budget,
- Provide assistance in the development of project artefacts such as the project execution strategy, project management plan, and stakeholders and communication management plan,
- To plan, manage, and coordinate effective stakeholder engagements including Integrated Project Management Team meetings, Fundamental Inputs to Capability working groups, and other workshops, program reviews or industry engagements as required,
- Compile project data in the support of developing project reports, briefs, and presentations,
- Provide assistance in the preparation for reporting requirements in accordance with CASG project management policy and the FAMSPO governance structure
- Provide assistance to the project with the transition of project controls and reporting functions to corporate tools and systems such as Predict, Open Plan Professional, and Project Performance Reporting Information Platform.

**Required Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge**

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

- Demonstrated competence and experience as per skill level 2 Practitioner or above,
- Demonstrated competence and experience in Project Management,
- Demonstrated experience in international engagements,
- Demonstrated experience in the Defence Aviation environment,
- Demonstrated experience in the management of complex projects,
- Demonstrated experience in strategic business advice,
- Demonstrated experience in ASDEFCON Suite,
- Demonstrated experience in the current One Defence Capability System,
- Effective Effective written and oral communication skills,
- Knowledge of Defence Writing standards,
- General familiarity with aircraft systems, and
- Knowledge of internal Defence processes.

**This role requires **a current NV1 security clearance. This role is based out of Brindabella Park, Canberra, and requires infrequent travel to other bases.**
