We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and reliable perfectionist to join our small but growing team. The position is casual with 15 to 20 hours a week on offer with the opportunity for permanent part time or full time hours in the future.

You must be polite, friendly and presentable with strong work ethic, superior customer service skills and have a commitment to ongoing learning and training. You must be available to work late evenings at least 2 days a week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert lash services, including extensions (classic, hybrid, and volume) and lash lifts
- Offer brow lamination and shaping and facial waxing.
- Posting on social media: Sharing client transformations, before & afters, and engaging content to promote the business
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation within the space
- Ensure a positive, welcoming experience for every client.

**What We're Looking For**:

- A certified Lash Technician (experience in lash extensions required)
- A high level of personal presentation.
- A friendly, professional manner with strong communication skills
- Passion for delivering premium beauty services and building client relationships
- A perfectionist approach to detail and a commitment to ongoing learning
- Ability to work independently
