Responsibilities
Put the customer at the heart of everything you do. You are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and our product.
Challenge the status quo and be a game changer – the world has enough followers. You believe the Lorna Jane experience and product is second to none.
Drive targets and KPIs and stay motivated to achieve goals.
Contribute to a one-team culture and support the team's success.
Take personal responsibility for results and growth and be an ambassador of the Lorna Jane brand.
Build relationships with customers, love fashion and sustainability, and live the Move, Nourish, Believe philosophy.
