**About the opportunity**:
As our new Warehouse Manager, you will help us achieve our vision of vibrant, dynamic and contemporary Op Shops. Uniting Op Shops nurtures a culture of productivity, imagination, innovation, change and development within our teams. We aim to delight people in a meaningful and memorable way while offering positive customer experiences, high-level visual merchandising, critical stock and space management, achieving sales targets, and celebrating Uniting's culture.

**What's on offer**:
In addition to receiving a **$56k** base salary and superannuation, you'll also receive **17.5% leave loading** and the ability to **increase your take-home pay** by accessing up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.

You will also receive a **25% discount at all Uniting Op Shops** and a **10% gap discount on childcare** services with Uniting Early Learning. Uniting also offers up to **10 weeks of paid paid parental leave**.

**About you**:
To succeed in this role, you will have experience managing a warehouse and knowledge of the Charity Retail industry and the circular economy.

You will work with a team of hard-working and passionate people and utilise your people management skills to manage, inspire, motivate and mentor the Warehouse team and volunteers.

The ability to operate material handling equipment is essential. You will be a team player and a hands-on Manager. You will manage and perform the daily operations of the Warehouse and daily logistics. You will be highly organised, pay attention to detail, and have computer skills, particularly in Outlook, basic Excel, and Warehouse ordering systems. Training on in-house programs will be provided.
