We are looking for an experienced IT Support Officer on a Full time basis

You'll cover one or more areas of expertise, depending on the size of the organisation you work for. It's common practice for a technical IT support team to be divided into first and second-line support, with the second-line support staff handling the more specialised queries that the first-line support could not deal with.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within Australian
- Sound knowledge of all aspects of ICT within SME space
- Proficiency in providing desktop support
- Experience with MS Office 365 admin console
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent customer service & telephone manner
- Must own a car and licence
- Permitted to work permanently in Australia with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident)
