You should:be confident managing multiple jobs and supervising apprenticeshave excellent organisational skillsbe a clear communicator with both customers and colleaguestake pride in completing your work to a high standardhave excellent attention to detailbe able to find solutions through thinking quickly and outside the boxhave the foresight to provide future-proof solutions to our customersbe conscious of any waste produced and recycling opportunitiesIn a normal work day, you could:install heat pump hot water systems (with the support of a plumber)install induction cooktops and electric ovensinstall or replace heating and cooling systems including RCACs and ducted underfloor systems (with support from a licensed air conditioning expert)undertake switchboard upgradesinstall electric vehicle chargersinstall rooftop solar systemsconduct major and minor fault finding in homescomplete light switch and power point replacementscomplete lighting repairs and upgrades, and appliance repairs Get Off Gas Expert solutions to electrify homes, with a focus on educating community and upskilling tradies.
