Working with team members across Marketing and IT, CRM Marketing Executive will leverage data and insights to plan, execute and optimise all online marketing communications.

Your focus will be to build personalised automated customer journeys and support complex multichannel marketing retention programs. You will also assist with the development of best practice for all CRM users across the wider team.

This role would suit an insight led, customer focused digital marketer, with the ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced environment.

- Manage internal stakeholder communications regarding platform updates
- Identifying requirements to improve customer life cycle journeys
- Produce a variety of reports to assist with optimisation of digital marketing activities
- Create and own campaign briefs
