Your role will vary from working with our clients helping them with their daily personal needs, to going on an adventure with them, participating in social activities as well as helping clients build skills, they are passionate about.

You will be dealing with people with challenging behaviours. You'll be working alongside psychologists, and behaviour specialists and learning about behaviours and helping to implement strategies.

You will be responsible for demonstrating the brand of our business by facilitating care plans and making a difference in the team and customers' lives.

**The Essentials for this Role**
- NDIS workers screening check
- Excellent Communication
- First aid / CPR certificate
- You will need to be able to work independently without any supervision.
- Strong attention to details
- Able to perform environmental risk assessments
- Able to build rapport and trust with people quickly
- Be a confident and capable driver
- Strong awareness of potential risks
- Strong people skills/ Rapport Building
- Able to build trust with different people
- Capable problem solver on the job
- Able to handle high pressure environments while remaining calm
- Able to engage with clients of different personalities
- Able to demonstrate how to complete all tasks required in safe manner.
- Capable of completing tasks/schedules in an efficient manner.
- Know the different personalities on your team and how to communicate with them effectively.
- Able to understand and follow processes
- Able to have an honest self-reflection regarding performance
- General computer skills
- Excellent in documentation and reporting
- Be able to attend team meetings and training sessions

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
