**Our Role**

We are recruiting a full-time Warehouse Operator for our Braeside Warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria. For a 12 months fixed term contract Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position is part of the Warehouse team responsible for operating Forklift within the Braeside Warehouse.

As a Warehouse Operator you will:

- Unload containers with bagged product using a forklift.
- Decanting of supersacks using forklifts & stacking equipment.
- Assist truck drivers successfully load and unload bulk tankers/ truck & trailer units.
- Maintain housekeeping around the plant.
- Complete stocktaking checks of finished products (bagged & bulk) & consumables.
- Additional tasks as needed, as per training & competencies.

This role is hourly paid, working primarily Monday to Friday with a base of 38 hours per week, however reasonable overtime may be required Monday to Friday and on weekends from time to time depending on the needs of the business.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A strong focus on working safely.
- The ability to work successfully both as an individual and as part of a team.
- The ability to work evening/night shifts if necessary.
- A high degree of self-direction and self-motivation.
- A High Risk forklift License.
- Experience following safety procedures whilst handling hazardous substances.
