About The RoleWe're looking for a Product Design Lead who can turn insight into impact.
Someone who can see the world through a customer's eyes, translate that into beautifully simple solutions, and inspire a team to do the best work of their careers.
In This Role, You'llLead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery, ensuring our products are both elegant and effective.Translate customer research into journeys, visuals, and prototypes that push boundaries without adding complexity.Build and nurture a strong design culture at FSA - where experimentation, collaboration, and learning are the norm.Collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to shape product strategy and deliver experiences that stand out.Champion design as a driver of innovation.
What You Bring5+ years' design experience.A portfolio that shows you can create intuitive, thoughtful experiences.Strong expertise across Research, UX, and Visual Design, plus confidence with modern design tools.A knack for facilitating workshops, sparking creativity, and building alignment across teams.Bonus points for knowledge of Agile and Domain Driven Design principles.
