**The Role**

Our client is seeking a casual Storeperson to join their team located in Belmore. This role is Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM OR Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Duties and responsibilities in this role are as follows:

- Ensure all incoming vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our system accurately and within the required timeframes
- Assist with unloading vehicle stock from tow trucks as they arrive at the branch
- Assist with the loading of sold vehicle stock to tow trucks, and/or driving assets out for delivery to buyers
- Assist in the set-up of the auction and sale yards by moving assets around the yard in preparation for the monthly auction
- Deliver outstanding customer service to vendors and buyers by cataloguing stock correctly and upon delivery of assets to buyers
- Follow all WHS policies and procedures as required
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

**Key Competencies**
- Passion for cars, or experience in a similar role/industry will be highly regarded
- Current & valid manual drivers' license (Preferable) - Otherwise full drivers licence essential.
- Attention to detail.
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Basic computer skills/ability to use an iPad
- Ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team

**Background**:
Experience in parking in tight spaces is advantageous, good handling and coordination of all vehicle types.

Passionate about cars is a good start. Attention to detail. Careful and meticulous when handling vehicles in tight spaces. Mature minded and okay with following directions from supervisor. Happy to work in a team and function therein. 90% 0f the role will be parking cars / assets and moving cars around. However, from time to time, may be required to, ensure all incoming vehicle stock is catalogued (features and damage recorded), photographed and uploaded to our client's system accurately and within the required timeframes

Transport: Own transport to site is preferred.

PPE Required: Safety Shoes a MUST. High Vis vests are required too whilst on the grounds.

Licenses: Full manual Australian drivers licence (Desirable). Otherwise Auto will be fine.
