Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and timely DCM content – Daily/Weekly/Adhoc market updates, analysis of market conditions and trends, indicative issuer pricing updates, trade recommendations, credentials/league tables, marketing pitch books and presentationsAssist in producing technical content, which includes ratings, capital, balance sheet and liability management advisory for clientsProvide support for executing all types of debt instrument across the capital structure and in various marketsAssist in liasing with internal and external stakeholders during origination/executionIncome, pipeline and data reportingAssist in the preparation of Information MemorandumsAssist in organizing roadshows and client meetings and submitting call reportRisk :Legal, compliance, market and reputation riskLegal and Regulatory Responsibilities:Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Australia Compliance manual and the Financial Crime Policy.
Complete any mandatory training in line with legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements.Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.
Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.Refrain from taking any steps which could lead to the removal of certification of fitness and properness to perform the role.Undertake all necessary steps to satisfy the annual certification process.Comply with all applicable conduct rules as prescribed by the relevant regulator.Communication : Key Internal ContactsSyndicate / MTNCPOther DCM teams / DCM SolutionsInternal Partners – Coverage, Sustainable Banking, Ratings Advisor, CLF, ERA, REResearchSales and TradersLegal, Compliance, IT and OperationsKey External ContactsMajor FI's and Corporates that are potential issuers/borrowers, rating agencies, regulators, legal firms

Bac + 5 / M2 et plus Formation / Spécialisation
Master/ Bachelor degree holders, with strong academic background in Accounting, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
Niveau d'expérience minimum
0 - 2 ans Compétences recherchées
Strong analytical skills and quantitative skillsStrong communication and problem solving skills with ability to provide solutionsSelf motivated, hardworking and attentive to detailsProficiency in relevant PC/System applicationsPositive attitude with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
