**About the Job Role**

A key role in this position is to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, ensuring high levels of product knowledge and providing advice on product selection. This role also offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of products, giving you the chance to stay up-to-date with industry trends. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you can use your communication skills and enthusiasm for retail sales. **Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in selecting products that best meet their needs
- Answer customer queries and provide advice on product features
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised store environment to maximise sales potential
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as necessary
- Participate in promotional activities to increase sales revenue
