An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager/Scrum Master has become available working within Telecommunications organisation With a high rate and contract length with view to extend
Your Role
As the Project Manager/Scrum Master, your aim will be to enhance agile maturity across the organisation.
Your Duties
You will have expertise in agile practices, active in running agile
You will run group level ceremonies
You will provide insight to delivery progress of the PI Plan
You will manage Scrum Masters
You will mentor delivery leads
You will drive continuous improvement in the system of work
Your Desired Skills and Experience
5 years + as a Group Scrum Master and as a Scrum Master
Relevant Scrum Master qualification/certification
Have track record and expertise as strong PM/Scrum Master delivering end to end from conception to completion
Strong commercial experience in business marketing/product selling
Background in Telco and/or Utilities
