**Job description**

Our Organisation is looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join our growing team. On offer is a Traineeship position/s and is available for someone wanting to start a career in Early Childhood by completing a Certificate 111 in Child Studies or someone who is wanting to further their career and upgrade from a Certificate 111 to a Diploma in Child Studies. We are an equal opportunity and family friendly Organisation. This position/s comes with mentoring and support from qualified and experienced staff. Our Organsiation provides travel from our Lithgow base (a work vehicle is supplied) paid lunch breaks, flexible working hours in school holidays for Perthville and O'Connell staff teams and complies with all requirements of the Children's Services Award and National Employment Standards.

Essential to this position is a paid Working With Children Check and C Class Driver's License.

**Salary**: Up to $47,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
