TEAM LEWIS is inviting ambitious school leavers, degree holders or career changers to join our global Campaign Training Programme. This opportunity provides the chance to develop a career within an integrated agency without having a degree or relevant work experience. A truly international programme, you will join us in Kuala Lumpur for your onboarding. You will gain work experience from on the job training in different departments, being coached by industry experts. You will also complete external certifications. You will get to work on some of the campaigns of our award-winning Team LEWIS Foundation, which has funded over 1,000 employee-driven community causes globally.

**Purpose of the role**

The Campaign Executive will undergo a three month intensive learning experience. This role will experience both structured training sessions (on location in one of our three training centers as well as in the local office of the country where you are based). The Campaign Executive will develop a clear understanding of how to run integrated campaigns, working for causes they are passionate about. This role will need to be proactive in attitude, fast in responding to online community and team requests, and supportive of the team at all times.
