Reporting to the Workflow & Customer Care Manager, you'll be the key point of contact for customers throughout their homebuilding journey, from planning to settlement.This is a rare opportunity to make a real impact in a role that blends customer service, administration, and coordination.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeManaging a portfolio of customers from pre-site through to settlementLiaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth and timely construction processPreparing documentation and approvals required to commence buildingAdvocating for customers and resolving issues throughout the buildProviding administrative support to the construction teamEnsuring all customer interactions are positive and professionalAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.You'll BringExperience in the building industry, with strong admin and customer service skillsAbility to read and interpret building contracts and drawings (highly regarded)Strong communication, time management, and attention to detailA proactive mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solvingExperience in process improvement and stakeholder engagementWhy Join Burbank?
