**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Retail Support Manager, you will ensure the OW retail team has immediate support on product availability, the management team has accurate updates on product status, and the stockroom is maintained to be operationally efficient and clear at all times.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Pack and log merchandise as required for customer deliveries
- Organise and support periodic returns and inter-store transfers
- Receive and dispatch deliveries (Heavy lifting may be required up to 25kg)
- Ensure inventory records for all merchandise are accurately recorded.
- Maintain and organise the stockroom in an efficient and tidy manner.
- Assist with stocktake
- General cleaning and tidying up

**YOU WILL HAVE**:

- Previous retail/stock experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised.
- Proven ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- The ability to foster a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheet
- Experience in Magento and StartShipIT is highly desirable.
