Body Sculpting & Fitness is Torquay's newest gym offering a range of facilities and services, including child minding for all gym participants. Our values stem from providing a welcoming and motivating atmosphere for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness.

We are currently seeking a vibrant, enthusiastic and caring person, passionate about working with babies and children, to join our friendly team and oversee the child minding facility we have to offer.

We have 2 casual positions in which availability required is 9.15am - 12noon 3-5 days per week, with a view to increase the number of days in accordance with demand for the service.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- The direct supervision of children signed into the child minding service
- Providing great customer service to all gym participants
- Setting up activities for the child minding area
- Meeting centre standards in relation to safety and cleanliness

This would be ideally suited to someone who enjoys and has experience working with children between the ages of 6 weeks - 6 years old (older children may attend during school holidays) and can commit to casual work on an ongoing basis.

To apply:
Experience working with babies and children is ESSENTIAL.

Skills and/or studies in the field of childcare/early childhood education/primary education will also be highly regarded.

All applicants MUST be willing to complete a Working with Children's Check and National Police Check (costs will be covered) should you be successful.
