**About the Role...**

We now have a vacancy for a suitably qualified and experienced Night Shift **Maintenance Fitter** to join our team, located at our manufacturing plant in Glynde. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager in this very busy and fast paced role, you will also work closely with our teams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Maintenance, commissioning, testing and fault finding of all mechanical plant.
- General welding.

**About You...**

As an experienced **Fitter and Turner**, you will pride yourself on your strong time management skills with broad experience in welding, grinding and sheet metal work.

To be successful, you will need to have the following:

- Superior trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Adaptability, with the ability to work in a close knit team and also autonomously as required.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment (FMCG would be a distinct advantage).
- Scissor lift and forklift licence would be advantageous.
- Ability to work extra hours (O/T penalties are applicable).
