OverviewChristmas Casual Sales Assistant - TownsvilleSeed Heritage is seeking Christmas Casual Sales Assistants in Townsville.
Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from October to November depending on store needs and candidate availability.ResponsibilitiesCreate a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interactionMaintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaningProcess customer transactions on the point-of-sale systemExceed sales targets and business key performance indicatorsProvide styling advice and support in fitting roomsThe ideal candidateExperience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal styleHave a can-do, positive attitude to all areas of workAn eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual MerchandisingExposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in-store fulfillmentA genuine alignment with our values and desire to be part of Seed HeritageAbility to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer servicePlease note: our Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 - January 2026 including extended trade, weekends and Public Holidays.
