**About Us**
Mini Masterminds is an award-winning childcare organisation with 20 centres across NSW. Our children enjoy unique extracurricular programs like Mini Masterchefs, Mini Champions, Mini Yoga, and Mini Linguistics enriching their development beyond the classroom.

**Position Overview**
We're opening the doors to our brand-new, purpose-built Tallawong service catering for 78 children across three beautiful learning rooms. As a Certificate III Assistant Educator, you will support your Room Leader and fellow educators in delivering engaging, high-quality programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child.

This is a rare chance to be part of a new centre from the very beginning, helping to create a warm, inclusive space where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

**Responsibilities**
- Support educators in delivering exciting, play-based learning experiences.
- Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and families.
- Assist with daily routines, activities, and care needs in your room.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Contribute ideas to program planning and learning activities.
- Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Child Protection training/certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development
