Job DescriptionHow you'll be making an impact in people's lives:
Undertaking Occupational Rehabilitation assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment assessments
Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
Designing and implementing intervention programsusing occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity
Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that support people to achieve maximal work participation
Understanding a variety of healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
Liaisingwith clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employersand stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
QualificationsWhat you bring to the role?
Tertiary qualification inOccupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy
Registration with eitherAHPRA or ESSA
A genuine desire to make a measurable impact in people's lives.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
A customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
Confidence working independently in the community.
Driver's licence and vehicle required.
Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
