ROLEWe are looking for a motivated and versatile Operations Logistics Coordinator to join our team.
This position offers a mix of customer service, warehouse support, and driving duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across different areas of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Administration Provide support at the internal sales counter, delivering prompt and professional service.Assist the Office Manager with a range of administrative tasks including order entry, scheduling, and general office duties.Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Warehouse Support Pick and prepare stock orders accurately and efficiently.Assist with loading and organising deliveries in line with company standards.Support general warehouse operations to maintain a safe, clean, and organised environment.Driving & Delivery Serve as a backup driver for short local trips and regional runs when required.Ensure goods are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with transport regulations.Maintain accurate delivery records and support logistics planning.Skills & RequirementsCurrent driver's licence, with the ability and commitment to obtain an HR Truck Licence.Willingness to obtain a Forklift Licence (training provided if not already certified).
