**ECCO Brighton **is looking for highly motivated and competitive Retail Team Leader with a passion to succeed. Whilst dedicated to providing a personal level of customer service, you will drive your team to achieve results through leadership and coaching, driving productivity, executing brand campaigns and selling shoes that practically sell themselves
