Overview
The Andersen Partnership has been instructed to find an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join the growing Litigation and Disputes Resolution team of a National Mid-tier firm.
We're representing a National firm who are looking for a talented, client focused Senior Associate to join their Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice in Sydney.
The Position
You will lead a broad portfolio of complex commercial disputes, as well as corporate insolvency and bankruptcy matters.
This role involves delivering strategic legal advice and advocacy to clients across a range of industries and jurisdictions, with the opportunity to shape case strategy, drive outcomes, and mentor junior lawyers.

Who We're Looking For
4+ PQE in commercial litigation and disputes resolution.
Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication
Strong analytical skills with a sharp focus on achieving practical, outcome-driven solutions for clients.
Proactive in identifying opportunities, fostering new client relationships, and contributing to the firm's commercial success.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Proven ability to guide, support, and develop junior lawyers in a collaborative team environment.
Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, responsive service and building trusted, long-term client relationships.
