**Description**:
**The Role**: Dinner Chef 7 days on 7 days off

Cater Care Australia seeks experienced Chef who is creative, organized, and dedicated to delivering high-quality culinary experiences on our Cabramurra site. As Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, menu development, food preparation, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Accommodation included, meals provided start from 9am - 21;00 pm

**Roster**: Dinner Chef 7 days on 7 days off 9:00 am - 21:00 pm

**What This Role Involves**:
Preparing & presenting food for our clients
Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
Maintaining a clean working environment
Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What We Require From You**:
Experience in kitchens and food preparation
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety standards, and kitchen management systems.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
