Our client is a successful Australian-owned and family-run group of fashion companies who proudly operate a national combined network of retail stores and supply to wholesale locations throughout Australia and NZ.

Reporting to the VM Manager, they have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Menswear Visual Merchandiser
***to join the team, servicing retail stores across NSW

**Responsibilities include**:

- Implement seasonal and promotional windows in line with VM briefs and directions
- Implement VM briefs and directives to company expectations across multiple sites
- Assist with prop construction and creation
- Understand VM principles and ensure they are actioned in the store
- Liaise with VM Manager and Regional Manager on lifestyle adjacencies and store layouts
- Attend and contribute to store openings
- Create good working relationships with store managers to ensure directives are understood and implemented
- Ensure that stores teams are trained on VM principles and standards
- Have 2 + years experience in Visual Merchandising single or multi-site role.
- Understand visual merchandise principals
- Have the ability and flexibility to frequently travel
- Hold a current driver's licence and vehicle
- Be results-oriented, motivated and have an open communication style
- Be able to multi-task and have exceptional time management skills
- Have strong commercial acumen and in depth understanding of key retail drivers
- Have a detailed and focused approach to work
- Be highly organised to meet schedules and timeframes
- Have a desire for continuous improvement
