Cpl Healthcare in partnership with a leading healthcare provider in Melbourne, is seeking passionate and skilled Midwives to join their dedicated maternity team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team committed to providing exceptional care, support, and guidance throughout pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. This client is one of Melbourne's most trusted private hospitals, offering state-of-the-art birthing experiences, continuity of care models, and a collaborative approach with leading obstetricians.

About the Maternity Unit
You will have the opportunity to work in all areas across our unit – postnatal, special care nursery and the birth suites.
Families enjoy 5 days of postnatal care, supported by our multidisciplinary team
Team includes midwives, registered nurses and lactation consultants working together 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
6 Birthing suites, 25 postnatal beds and a Level 2 Special Care nursery with 10 cots.
Cutting-edge maternity practices, medical technology, and evidence-based care models, ensuring the best possible outcomes for mothers and babies.
As a Registered Midwife you will
Provide individualised, compassionate, woman-centred care
Work in a collaborative, supportive maternity team
Support both low-risk births and complex maternity cases
Ensure exceptional clinical outcomes in a high-quality private hospital setting
Who We're Looking For
Registered Midwives with at least 3 years' Midwifery experience
Current AHPRA Registration as a Midwife (or in process)
Bachelor of Midwifery or an equivalent qualification recognised in Australia
A passion for excellence in midwifery and patient care
Strong teamwork and communication skills
