Back Into Osteopathy is offering a position for an Osteopath, open to those looking for either employee or contracting models.

We are looking for applicants who are looking to develop themselves at a high level within a busy and growing clinic. This role is for osteopaths with strong initiative and looking to develop their clinical skills. The position has become available as our patient base continues to grow.

Back Into Osteopathy is located within a bustling GP clinic, with opportunities to build your Team Healthcare skills by engaging with various healthcare professionals, including both Allied Health and GP professionals. We are a clinic looking to expand, with community involvement including sporting clubs and gyms.

The position is aimed at clinicians looking to increase their hours to supplement existing work, or for those looking to start their professional healthcare career. Weekly responsibilities will mainly consist of seeing patients for osteopathic treatment, and engaging with local or online communities to expand clientele.

**We are looking for a hands-on and outgoing osteopath with skills such as**:

- Structured clinical procedure
- Confident in diagnosis and prognosis
- An interest in women's healthcare

**What is included in the role**:

- Treatment and management of current and new patient load
- Exercise and rehabilitation prescription
- Working alongside other experienced osteopaths as well as fostering external professional healthcare relationships to provide the optimal support for patients
- Engage with online marketing where necessary
- Regular external CPD
- Mentoring with senior Osteopathic staff
- Flexible employment options - contracting for ABN holders or part-time employment

**The position will include**:

- 8-24 hours of clinic hours (0.2-0.6 FTE)
- Potential for increased hours over long term
- Negotiable remuneration depending on experience and employment type

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
