The role:Knight Frank are setting up a market-distinctive advisory platform and we're looking for expressions of interest from candidates for Associate Director, Manager, and Senior Associate level roles.Successful candidates will be based in Sydney and will work on complex real estate transactions and projects in both the public and private sectorsInvolvement across the end-to-end deal life cycle will provide successful candidates with a first-hand appreciation of how major property projects and transactions are originated and packaged to market, unlocking optimal value from client's complex real estate holdings.
This hands-on role includes complex problem solving, lateral thinking and commercial acumen in bringing practical and market-based solutions to major projects.Key Responsibilities for the Associate Director : Lead and manage key tasks undertaken by the teamUndertake and review complex financial models Be part of the core thinking of in financial and deal structures and risk allocation for major transactions and projectsManaging day-to-day client communicationsLead team in preparing client proposals, pitches and presentationsDirect contribution to business developmentIntegral project role in managing and executing major transactionsWho are we looking for?

CA, CFA or post graduate degrees such as in Applied Finance will be valued6 to 7+ years' experience in real estate industry, with backgrounds in advisory, development and finance being preferredExcellent financial modelling skills and report writing capabilityNot the perfect fit?
