The Job

We are looking for a head Waitress/Waiter supporting to organise and supervise our daily operations.

Working with our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant Service; opened Tuesday to Saturday nights + Friday, Saturday lunch.
We are seeking someone with experience as a professional (Head-)Waiter with attention to detail, fun and friendly personality with a drive to exceed customer expectations.

Essential skills
- Experience in FoH
- Passion for working in a Team and acting in a Leader position
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff
- Ensuring staff are well trained and informed about menus
- Having an eye for detail and high organisation skills
- High communication skills
- Professional and clean appearance
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Similar experience (is a plus)

Job Type

Working hours will be Tuesday - Saturday.
- Tuesday - Friday: 4pm - close
- Saturday: 11am - 3pm & 5pm - close
- Sunday + Monday: guaranteed days off

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auchenflower, QLD 4066: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Front of House: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
